Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, fostering a high-performance, goal-oriented culture
Own and continuously improve all company-wide HR processes
Oversee Compensation & Benefits policies and drive impactful updates
Finalize and implement the HR risk management system
Refresh and embed the performance review process
Revise and manage personal development plans
Plan and deliver team-building activities and memorable company events (with HR Marketing support)
Organize internal and external training programs
Partner with HR Marketing to strengthen internal communications and activities
Contribute to strategic planning, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term objectives
Develop and manage the HR budget (promotions, events, branded merchandise, benefits)
Requirements
4+ years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner
Proven expertise in managing full-cycle HR processes
Strong skills in mentoring and team development
Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in Compensation & Benefits administration
Practical experience in event management
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Would be a plus
Polish language: Intermediate
Background in working with multi-location HR teams
Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems
Experience in scaling personal development plan (PDP) processes or risk management frameworks
Ability to lead and drive corporate culture change
