Administrator of the Export Department (trainee)

We are looking for new, well-organized, result-oriented trainees who will support the export team in ongoing activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assistance in formatting different materials/documents, project assistance.
  • Documentation flow management.
  • Cross-functional cooperation.
  • To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Export Department.

Main Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal English skills (Upper-Intermediate Level).
  • Fluent with figures.
  • Hard-working, attentive to details, self-organized person.

We offer:

  • Part-time for 2 months.
  • Not less than 80% occupation.
  • Permanent employment upon successful probation.
  • Office located in Kyiv.
