Company Description

OmniWay specializes in process consulting for IT and related technologies in accordance with ITIL, COBIT, eTOM, and ISO20000 frameworks. We implement, integrate, and support specialized information systems such as OMNITRACKER. Additionally, we offer training programs for ITIL and OMNITRACKER. Our services aim to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations for our clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Support Consultant, based in Kyiv City, Ukraine, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Technical Support Consultant will provide technical support, resolve technical issues, assist customers, and perform troubleshooting. Daily tasks include analyzing technical problems, offering efficient solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

1.  Розуміння принципів побудови мережевої та серверної архітектури систем.

2.  Базові знання клієнт-серверної архітектури.

3.  Знання основ REST-архітектури (HTTP-методи, їх призначення та відмінності).

Буде перевагою:
практичний досвід роботи з REST API.

4.  Знання основ протоколу SOAP.

Буде перевагою
: досвід роботи з SOAP-сервісами.

  1. Базові знання мови стилів
    CSS

6.  Базові знання по налаштуванню
IIS (Internet Information Services)

знання принципів
ITIL
або досвід роботи з процесами, автоматизованими згідно рекомендацій

8.  Знання та впевнене користування пакетом
Microsoft Office

досвід роботи з
MS Project
.

9.  
Бажані знання
однієї або кількох мов скриптів та запитів:

  • VBS (VBScript)
  • JavaScript
  • PowerShell
  • PL/SQL
  • SQL

10. Бажаний досвід адміністрування та налаштування трекінгових систем (наприклад, OMNITRACKER, Jira, ServiceNow, Redmine тощо).

Буде перевагою, але не обов'язково:
практичний досвід роботи з системою OMNITRACKER.

11.  Вміння вести ділову переписку.
