Вимоги:
  • Вища архітектурна освіта
  • Робота з профільними програмами ArchiCAD та інші
  • Знання будівельних нормативів та стандартів
  • Відповідальність, уважність у роботі, вміння працювати в команді
  • Креативне мислення та дотримання дедлайнів
Обов'язки:
  • Взаємодія з замовниками, інженерами, дизайнерами, постачальниками тощо., та контроль якості виконання робіт
  • Відповідальність; Врахування естетичних та функціональних вимог у проектуванні
  • Високий рівень тайм-менеджменту
  • Розробка планування, технічної частини проекту та специфікацій
  • Реальний авторський нагляд: ми не тільки створюємо дизайн, ми контролюємо реалізацію і відповідаємо за кінцевий результат
