Ти станеш справжнім архітектором стратегій повернення коштів, будеш контролювати їхнє втілення в життя і, як справжній диригент, коригувати процес для досягнення найкращого результату.

— Маєте досвід роботи у фінансових компаніях по врегулюванні проблемної заборгованості, вмієте аналізувати великі обсяги даних та розробляти дієві плани, ця вакансія може вас зацікавити

Вашими основними завданнями будуть:

— Розробка стратегій стягнення, контроль їх виконання, аналіз ефективності та внесення необхідних коректив.

Також Ви будете займатися:

— Вдосконаленням існуючих методів врегулювання, впровадженням нових інструментів, налаштуванням омніканальної комунікації з клієнтами та проведенням А/Б тестувань, веденням операційної звітності.

Ми шукаємо кандидата :

— З аналітичним мисленням, відмінними комунікативними навичками та високим рівнем володіння Microsoft Excel. Досвід розробки та впровадження стратегій стягнення, а також знання відповідних методів та інструментів вітається.
