Office Coordination (30% of working time):

  • Organize daily office operations;
  • Communicate with suppliers, service providers, and the finance department;
  • Ensure smooth office infrastructure (equipment, supplies, workplace comfort);
  • Arrange business trips, team buildings, and internal corporate initiatives.

HR Support (70% of working time):

  • Coordinate onboarding of new employees;
  • Support internal communications (newsletters, announcements, corporate chats);

  • Assist with adaptation activities and take part in HR projects.

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office manager role at least 6 months;

  • Strong motivation to grow in HR and transition fully to an HR career in the future;
  • Excellent communication skills, multitasking, and responsibility;
  • Basic understanding of HR processes (onboarding, adaptation);
  • The possibility of hybrid remote work (2-3 days per week);
  • English – Intermediate level or higher.

Volmi - A Virtuos Studio is an outsourcing company that specializes in game development and game content creation.
