Основні обов'язки:

  • Допомога у проведенні співбесід та відборі кандидатів.
  • Підготовка та ведення документації, пов'язаної з прийомом на роботу та звільненням працівників.
  • Організація тренінгів та навчальних заходів для співробітників.
  • Ведення кадрового обліку та оновлення бази даних працівників.
  • Підтримка доброзичливої атмосфери та допомога у вирішенні внутрішніх питань персоналу.

Вимоги:

  • Відмінні комунікативні навички та доброзичливість.
  • Висока організованість та увага до деталей.
  • Базові навички роботи з комп'ютером та офісними програмами.
  • Вільне володіння українською мовою; знання англійської буде перевагою.
  • Відсутність досвіду роботи не є перешкодою – ми забезпечимо необхідне навчання.

  • Повна зайнятість пн-пт, графік роботи з 9:00 до 18:00.
