An international company based in Germany, managing an established global B2B brand, is looking for a Social Media & Marketing Manager to grow and shape its newly launched B2C brand in the pet niche.

If you're a creative thinker with digital expertise and a passion for pets — this is your chance to build something meaningful in a modern, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategy and content plans

  • Create and publish engaging content (Instagram, TikTok, Meta)

  • Monitor trends and apply them to boost engagement

  • Coordinate UGC creators across countries

  • Build and execute follower growth strategies

  • Create advertising campaigns and brand materials

  • Manage newsletters and blog content

  • Support setup and basic use of Google tools (Analytics, Merchant Center, etc.)

  • Build relationships with influencers, pet spaces, and B2B clients

  • Research competitor brands and trends

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent in English

  • Education or professional background in marketing

  • Experience in social media and digital marketing with proven results

  • Familiar with tools like Canva and CapCut

  • Creative mindset and strong digital skills

  • A true pet lover (bonus if you have a dog or cat)

  • Organized and proactive

  • Basic knowledge of SEO and Google tools is a plus
