An international company based in Germany, managing an established global B2B brand, is looking for a Social Media & Marketing Manager to grow and shape its newly launched B2C brand in the pet niche.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategy and content plans

Create and publish engaging content (Instagram, TikTok, Meta)

Monitor trends and apply them to boost engagement

Coordinate UGC creators across countries
-
Build and execute follower growth strategies
-
Create advertising campaigns and brand materials
-
Manage newsletters and blog content
-
Support setup and basic use of Google tools (Analytics, Merchant Center, etc.)

Build relationships with influencers, pet spaces, and B2B clients

Research competitor brands and trends
What We're Looking For:

Fluent in English
-
Education or professional background in marketing
-
Experience in social media and digital marketing with proven results

Familiar with tools like Canva and CapCut
-
Creative mindset and strong digital skills
-
A true pet lover (bonus if you have a dog or cat)

Organized and proactive
-
Basic knowledge of SEO and Google tools is a plus
