Thanks to our efforts, we are always on the list of the top 5 dating apps in the USA. Hily today: 36M users, 1.5B likes sent, 50M matches annually.

You will:

• Research and generate ideas for ads.

• Gather market insights, analyze competitors' ads and follow trends.

• Set tasks for designers, translators, copywriters, influencers managers and monitor their implementation.

• Monitor creative tests results across various UA channels.

• Organize and conduct creative brainstorm sessions.

From you:

• 2 years in the creative field (advertising agency, copywriting, SMM) or performance marketing.

• Creativity, self-organization, and ability to generate bold ideas.

• Upper-intermediate English.

• Experience in promotion of mobile apps or digital products.

• Data-driven creative mind.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

• Structured approach to creative tasks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Monitoring advertising performance, adjusting strategies based on data, and identifying successful practices.

Will be an advantage:

• Understanding of marketing tests.

• Experience in Video Production/Content Production.

• Experience with influencer marketing.

• Digital agency experience.
