appflame - Senior Marketing Motion Designer

You will:

• Creating catchy advertising creatives (static and motion) for TikTok, Meta, Google, etc. in the Creative Production Team of the Nami app.

• Working on tasks from the performance marketing team.

• Participating in brainstorming sessions, suggesting your own design ideas.

• Analyzing the results of creatives together with the team.

• Focusing on the performance metrics of creatives, forming and testing hypotheses.

• Working with AI tools for creative creation.

From you:

• Portfolio of static and motion advertising creatives you are proud of.

• 2 years of experience in designing various types of advertisements for digital marketing.

• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.

• Your English level is B2.

• Understanding of design principles: basic knowledge of composition, typography, color theory, special effects, video editing.

• Your super skills include creative thinking and results-oriented work.

• You are detail-oriented, have a high level of self-organization, and time management skills.

• Skills in working with AI tools (Midjourney).

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in creating screens for AppStore and Google Play.

• Experience with Keynote, Google Presentation.

• Experience with frame-by-frame animation.

• Basic knowledge of product design.

• Experience with sound design.
