Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team.

This role is about owning the design experience for_ Packsify's _mobile app and gamer-facing products.

You'll turn complex gaming and payment flows into simple, intuitive journeys that whales trust and love to use.

Your job is to make our app and campaigns feel effortless. Mobile-first, whale-focused, and designed to convert.

Responsibilities:

  • Mobile-first design: Lead UI/UX for our iOS/Android app used by whales and high-value gamers.
  • User journeys: Turn complex gaming and payment flows into simple, intuitive experiences.
  • Visual systems: Build and maintain consistent, on-brand design components.
  • Landing pages & web: Support campaigns and product launches with conversion-optimized designs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, dev, and marketing to bring designs live.
  • Iteration: Ship fast, learn from data and feedback, and refine continuously.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of UI/UX experience with mobile apps (iOS/Android).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing app design and web/landing page work.
  • Proficient in Figma (or equivalent) with component-driven workflows.
  • Experience in startups, gaming, or fast-moving consumer apps.
  • Ability to work part-time now (10–20 hrs/week) with interest in full-time later.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience designing for gamers, fintech, or high-volume consumer apps.
  • Understanding of CRO and how design impacts conversion.
  • Familiarity with tools like Webflow or Framer for quick launches.
