IT Craft is looking for a Senior Designer who combines creative vision with a results-driven mindset to craft bold, impactful visuals that win presales and engage clients.

You'll shape the look and feel of materials that sell ideas — from landing pages and presale decks to marketing concepts that stand out.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead visual concepts for presales, landing pages, and pitch decks;
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive, and visually striking designs;
  • Create interactive prototypes or polished presentations when needed;
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and tech teams to deliver high-impact visuals;
  • Present your work confidently to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ensure consistency and visual excellence across all materials.

Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio covering both UI and marketing design;
  • 4+ years of commercial experience in web, mobile, or desktop design;
  • Expertise in Figma and Illustrator;
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and usability best practices;
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS;
  • Strategic mindset and refined visual taste, with awareness of modern trends;
  • Ownership attitude – confident in taking responsibility and meeting deadlines with high-quality results;
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher (strong written and spoken communication skills).
NICE TO HAVE:
  • Motion and animation skills (After Effects, Figma plugins);
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools;
  • Experience creating presale or marketing materials;
  • Understanding of design thinking methodologies.
