Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support delivery operations across multiple client engagements within an IT services environment. The ideal candidate already has experience working in a technology or professional services company, understands corporate processes, and is comfortable coordinating between clients, internal teams, and vendors.

This role offers the opportunity to grow into a Project Manager position by working closely with delivery leads, finance, and HR to ensure smooth execution of staff augmentation and fixed-scope projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers in day-to-day operations, maintain project documentation (meeting notes, action logs, and schedules)
  • Support the coordination of distributed engineering teams across multiple locations/time zones. Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and share follow-up notes
  • Assist with project budgeting, invoicing, and forecasting. Track resource allocations, utilization, and timesheet submissions
  • Foster a positive team environment, support individual growth, and address any blockers or concerns in a timely manner
  • Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders on the clients' side, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and high satisfaction
  • Identify and escalate potential risks
  • Prepare regular status updates for internal and external stakeholders
  • Be able to travel abroad for business trips.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination in IT/software development
  • Experience working in a service-based or outsourcing company
  • Strong understanding of staff augmentation and outsourcing delivery models
  • Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycle
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project)
  • Basic understanding of financial management principles (e.g., budgeting, invoicing, forecasts)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • English - Upper-intermediate+
  • Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
