Human Resources Operations Specialist

We invite HR Operations Specialist to join our team HealthRight International representative office in Kyiv.

Experience and competencies we are looking for:

• higher education (bachelor's or master's degree);
• high level of business communication/correspondence skills;
• knowledge of English at the Intermediate level and above;
• at least 1 year of experience in HR;
• experience in personnel administration;
• experience in recruitment;
• experience in the public sector would be an advantage;
• proficiency in MS Office.
• high level of organization, responsibility, punctuality, attention to detail;
• developed communication and teamwork skills;
• ability to multitask and complete tasks quickly;
• understanding of compliance processes (preferred);
• adherence to confidentiality, humanitarian principles, and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

1. Full recruitment cycle:

2. searching for and selecting personnel in accordance with advertised vacancies, conducting screening calls, conducting interviews;

3. maintaining a database of candidates;

4. timely preparation of candidate selection protocols.

5. Personnel administration:

6. supporting compliance and donor requirements regarding published vacancies and the candidate selection process.

9. informing staff about the organization's policies and procedures;
10. monitoring the availability and updating of the necessary documents for each employee in accordance with donor requirements and compliance policies;
11. preparing audit reports;
12. systematizing documents within the framework of projects at the request of the auditing authorities.
