You are:

  • A professional with communication, coordination and analytical skills; a fast-learner, attentive to details;
  • A specialist with 2+ years experience in administering a Learning Management System.

  • Able to work under time pressure in a changing environment;

  • Expert user of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point);

  • Experienced in delivering high-impact CI projects.
  • English on at least Upper-Intermediate level (both written and verbal);
  • German on at least Intermediate level (both written and verbal);

With you we will:

  • Administration of Mandatory Corporate Trainings – assignments creation, availability groups management, data analysis and reporting etc.
  • Act as a business expert on the LMS and LXP and associated technology within the Corporate L&D team.
  • Drive system improvements and deployment of new functionalities (LMS, LXP).
  • Leverage related functional knowledge within T&L Hub.
  • Coordinate technical issues and align resolutions with impacted teams.
  • Conduct risk analysis for all new functionalities and processes, drive necessary process changes and system clean-ups.
