We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for the daily management of projects, coordinating work with manufacturers and suppliers, and ensuring a clear process from the design stage to delivery. This role is suited for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who can confidently work in a fast-paced environment and quickly find solutions in complex situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with manufacturers to track project status and secure on-time delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Manage budgeting, invoicing, and payment schedules.
  • Oversee and resolve technical questions between design and production teams.
  • Collect, verify, and organize all required project documentation.
  • Support the design and technical teams in production-related processes.
  • Identify process improvements and optimize workflows for greater efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs and report on timelines, costs, and delivery performance.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners on shipping and delivery scheduling.
  • Resolve operational issues quickly to prevent project delays.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Project Management within a furniture manufacturer or logistics company.
  • High stress tolerance and ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient mindset and persistence — ability to push projects forward despite challenges.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in furniture, interiors, or construction industries.
  • Familiarity with logistics, shipping, and customs processes.
