VistaCreate is an online graphic design tool with thousands of free templates and AI-powered features to bring ideas to life. 

You are a customer-obsessed product manager who continuously discovers user needs and validates solutions before scaling them. You monitor product metrics, search for insights and growth opportunities, and share learnings with the team to drive focus and impact. You are comfortable prioritizing what to build next and why, and you care deeply about delivering high-quality UI/UX.

What You Will Do

• Continuous customer discovery: plan and conduct weekly user interviews in English, analyze qualitative findings, and synthesize insights into clear problem statements and opportunities.

• Evidence-based decisions: use product data together with user insights to guide the roadmap.

• Hypothesis & experimentation: form and test hypotheses to increase the number of new paying customers; design experiments, A/B tests, and pilots with clear success metrics.

• From problem to solution: define what functionality to build and how it should work (user stories, acceptance criteria, UX flows).

• Be responsible for the roadmap & backlog: maintain a prioritized backlog for your team aligned with product goals and company strategy.

• Cross-functional delivery: work daily with a dedicated cross-functional team (Engineering, Design, Data/Analytics, Marketing) to ship value iteratively.

• Stakeholder alignment: collaborate with Engineering, Marketing and Sales to ensure problem-solution fit, go-to-market readiness, and impactful launches.

• Quality & consistency: pay attention to detail and drive consistent, accessible, and sophisticated solutions across the product.

• Market awareness: monitor competitors and industry trends to advise on the strategy. 

Your Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager / Product Owner in SaaS or e-commerce, with a solid grasp of product metrics.

• Proven track record of continuous customer learning: you have planned and run discovery on an ongoing cadence (interviews, surveys, usability tests) and turned insights into shipped product changes. 

• Fluent English for user interviews

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; you share insights clearly and influence stakeholders. 

Nice to Have

• Experience with experimentation A-B testing and growth (pricing, paywalls, onboarding, upsell).

• Background in creator tools, online editors, or the design/visual content space.

• Experience working with globally distributed teams.

• Strong prioritization and decision-making in ambiguity; you can articulate trade-offs and focus the team on impact.
