Senior/Lead Product Manager

We are currently looking for a Senior/Lead Product Manager to join MaxBeauty.

MaxBeauty brings together a team of ambitious people striving to revolutionize the world of self-care and become a leader in the international beauty & wellness market. Our mission is to make people happy through self-care and self-love, which is why we're creating an ecosystem of products designed to be loved by millions of users. Right now, we're focused on developing our core product — a personal self-care assistant powered by proven methods, expert knowledge, and AI technologies.

This role offers opportunities for vertical growth, greater responsibility, team building, and direct impact on MaxBeauty's long-term product vision. We are looking for an ambitious professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to take on challenges and, ideally, grow into a Head of Product or CPO role with the potential to earn an equity stake in the business.

What challenges await you:

— Develop and execute the product strategy, balancing quick wins with strategic initiatives;

— Lead the launch of MaxBeauty's first app from 0 to 1;

— Coordinate the work of engineering, design, and content teams;

— Focus on improving key product and business metrics: activation, return, and retention;

— Conduct regular user and market research to identify new growth opportunities;

— Generate and validate hypotheses, design and launch experiments, and analyze results;

— Strengthen product thinking and foster a culture of feedback and knowledge sharing across the company;

— Work directly with the founder and key business leads, having an impact on the company's strategic decisions.

What is important to us:

— 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably 3+ years in mobile B2C products;

— Proven track record of achieving business goals through successful product hypothesis implementation;

— Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high uncertainty and ownership of outcomes;

— Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions, along with hands-on experience using analytical tools (Tableau/Looker, Amplitude, Firebase);

— Solid understanding of product methodologies (Lean, JTBD, Design Thinking) and UI/UX principles for mobile applications;

— Experience in building strategy, developing roadmaps, and managing backlogs;

— Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research to generate strong product hypotheses and design experiments;

— Practical experience in growth and retention areas aimed at improving key product metrics: A/B- testing, activation pipelines, and communication channels;

— Strong cross-functional team management skills;

— Ability to clearly communicate ideas, defend your point of view with sound reasoning, and make independent decisions;

— English proficiency at B2+ level.

Bonus points for:

— Experience in building and launching a product from 0 to 1;

— Background in design, engineering, or analytics;

— Deep domain expertise in one of these areas: Growth & Monetization, Product, Analytics, or Content;

— Previous experience with subscription-based business models and products that rely on paid user acquisition channels;

— Previous experience in FMCG, BIG-4, or IB;

— Prior experience in startups or fast-growing products;

— Previous entrepreneurial experience.
