• Turning marketing data into insights that drive decisions and shape strategy.

• Building and maintaining dashboards and reports for campaigns across all channels (Digital, CRM, Email, etc.).

• Measuring the performance of ad campaigns — calculating CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and other key metrics.

• Running A/B tests and translating numbers into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Helping optimize marketing budgets and forecasting campaign results.

• Automating reports and monitoring processes to make everyone's life easier.

• You've worked with marketing or product data for 1+ year.

• You're confident with SQL, Google Sheets / Excel, and BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Data Studio.

• You understand sales funnels and know your way around metrics like Retention Rate, LTV, CPA, ROI, and CAC.

• You can translate complex data into stories people actually understand.

• You're comfortable with large datasets and enjoy bringing structure to chaos.

• Experience with Google Analytics / GA4 / Firebase or other tracking systems.

• Knowledge of marketing attribution models.

• Basic understanding of ETL processes or ML forecasting models.
