Your project: Hily. This app allows users to be truly yourself and enjoy dating as they are. With Hily our users become part of a dating community where authentic people are looking for real connections. We do our best to understand users' needs and shorten their path from registration to finding an ideal partner. We also work hard to make sure our users feel safe and comfortable. Thanks to our efforts, we are always on the list of the top 5 dating apps in the USA. Hily today: 36M+ users, 1.5B+ likes sent, 50M+ matches annually.

You will:

  • Explore large data sets.
  • Look for growth points.
  • Implement new methods for evaluating the quality of traffic.
  • Optimise code.
  • Work in cooperation with marketing.
  • Propose how to optimise and increase traffic volumes.
  • Visualise data for decision-making.
  • Propose hypotheses and test them in practice.

From you:

  • Willingness to deal with new tasks independently.
  • To achieve the set goals.
  • Initiate changes in approaches that will improve performance.

Will be an advantage:

  • Experience in marketing analytics in a product company.
  • Experience in creating ML models.
  • Experience with Clickhouse.
  • Experience with Tableau.
  • Experience with Git.
  • Experience with Airflow.
