Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Planning and coordination of a Field Service Engineers team;
  • Proactive service and spare parts sales to end-customers;
  • Developing good long-term relations with customers;
  • Preparation of proposals, service contracts, invoices, and other relevant documents;
  • Administration of warranty claims;
  • To ensure that all Field Service Engineers are properly equipped with working tools, technical documentation, and labor safety equipment;
  • To ensure that all safety procedures are adhered to on site as per the GEA & QHSE and local law requirements;
  • To develop effective cooperation with sales department.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Technical/Engineering University degree;
  • 2 year experience in service of industrial equipment;
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation, like manuals, schematic diagrams, drawings, etc.;
  • Advanced computer user, strong knowledge of MS Office;
  • Good time management and organizational skills;
  • Excellent attention to details;
  • Good communication and influencing skills;
  • Good multitasking skills;
  • Driver's license, category B;
  • English language – B1, B2 level;
  • Readiness to travel within Ukraine.
