Position Overview

OneTablet is redefining how restaurants manage online orders by consolidating all major delivery apps into one easy-to-use system. We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Support Representative to join our remote team. This role is a hybrid of customer support and sales support — you will be the frontline problem-solver for restaurant partners while also helping identify new leads to grow our customer base.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically savvy, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. You'll troubleshoot issues with restaurant tablets and printers, resolve order problems with delivery platforms, and provide hospitality-driven service. On the sales support side, you'll assist with lead generation and outreach, helping us expand OneTablet's footprint in the restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Take ownership of support tickets from restaurants, resolving issues related to orders, delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, etc.), and hardware (tablets, printers).
• Troubleshoot connectivity and software issues while ensuring minimal downtime for restaurants.
• Communicate with a hospitality-first approach, ensuring restaurants feel supported and valued.
• Escalate technical issues as needed while maintaining accountability for resolution.
• Update internal knowledge bases and FAQs to improve efficiency and reduce repeat issues.

Sales Support & Lead Generation

• Research and identify potential restaurant leads using Google Maps and other tools.
• Upload and manage leads in HubSpot CRM.
• Send outbound cold emails through HubSpot to generate interest in OneTablet.
• Occasionally assist with cold calling prospects to support the sales team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer support or a similar role, ideally in hospitality, food service, or technology.
• Experience with delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, etc.) or restaurant operations is highly desirable.
• Comfortable troubleshooting hardware/software (tablets, printers, internet connectivity).
• Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Google Sheets, and Slack.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Spanish or Mandarin proficiency is highly desirable.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities across support and sales tasks.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Hospitality-driven communication style with the ability to keep calm under pressure.

Additional Information

• Full-time, remote position.
• Work will be in U.S. time zones (shifts required).
