The key objectives and expectations from this role
Works in partnership with the business to

• Drive sustainable value growth through smart pricing and efficient assortment/mix management
• Manage and coordinate provision of structured and insightful analysis of financial and non-financial data in order to influence and enable financial decisions
• Support preparation of financial and commercial plans, forecasts

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Planning and Analysis – be responsible for company's revenue targets delivery. Provide relevant insights to the management, take part in long-term market strategic planning. Analyze financial performance against targets, identify sensitivities and proactively drive for delivery boost.
• Pricing – take part in review and implementation of multicategory pricing strategy, support Senior Commercial Finance Manager with the value creation agenda across the following pillars pricing management, assortment/mix management. Prepare and facilitate Price & Excise committee meetings
• Business Partnering – Build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders across organization Proactively equip and support Marketing and Sales teams with clear, data-driven revenue insights. Support Supply Chain team in production and inventory planning of finished goods. Advocate strong financial and commercial awareness within business departments.
• Process & Tool Improvement – Support with development, continuous improvement, and maintenance of the Pricing Management toolkit with respective data.

Key Requirements

• Degree in finance / economics
• 3-4 years of experience in revenue management / commercial finance or similar fields (Experience with FMCG industry is a plus)
• Excellent command of MS Excel and Powerpoint, Power BI knowledge would be an advantage, Understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems, knowledge of SAP/BI/BPC would be an advantage
• Strong analytical, story-telling, communication and presentation skills,
• Ability to simplify complex situations and synthesise, communicate and present complex information
• Ability to process large volumes of data and create understandable and actionable summaries with high level of accuracy
• Strong sense of responsibility

• Advanced English
