We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior-Middle FP&A Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be actively involved in budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and other key financial evaluations that support strategic decision-making.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance, uncover insights, and contribute to key business initiatives.

What you will do

  • Assist in the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans for the company.
  • Conduct variance analysis of actual results against forecast and budget.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports for management, including monthly financial statements and quarterly business reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support decision-making processes.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and forecasting processes.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations to senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A activities.

What you need for this

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience.
  • Experience in audit/IT would be a plus.
  • Critical thinking and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
