In this role, you will specialize in sourcing high-quality candidates, managing initial outreach, and maintaining effective communication in both Ukrainian and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively source candidates through various channels and databases;
- Engage and communicate with potential candidates in Ukrainian and English;
- Qualify candidates based on job requirements and maintain talent pipelines;
- Support recruitment workflows by coordinating outreach and follow-ups;
- Organize and prioritize multiple sourcing projects to meet hiring deadlines;
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a similar role (including customer support positions);
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English (written and spoken at C1 level or higher);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong passion for technology and recruitment;
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively;
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment workflow tools is a plus.
