We are looking for motivated students and fresh graduates to join our Digital Power team. These entry-level roles are designed to help you gain practical experience in business development, sales support, and solution management.
You will work under the guidance of experienced managers, participate in customer and partner communication, and learn how to deliver innovative energy solutions in the rapidly developing renewable energy sector.
Standard Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the department through communication, coordination, and documentation.
- Assist in customer and partner relationship management.
- Collect and organize market and project information.
- Participate in meetings, events, and product trainings.
- Contribute to reports, presentations, and internal communication between teams.
- Continuously learn about digital energy products, sales processes, and project management.
Skill Requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic, international environment.
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and positive attitude.
- English proficiency (B2 written and spoken).
- Chinese language could be a plus.
Professional Background
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. Renewable energy is preferred.
- No prior experience required — training and mentorship provided.
