Керівник відділу медіабаїнгу (Head of Media Buying) Ніша (вертикаль): Крипто \ Форекс, Нутра \ Езотерика Очікування від цієї ролі: Відповідає за стратегію баїнгу, бюджет, команду баєрів та результат по всіх платних джерелах трафіку, які можуть бути пораховані за моделлю СРС/СРА. Зона відповідальності: P&L по баїнгу, процес тестування гіпотез, креативна стратегія, закупівля та оптимізація трафіку, аналітика та масштабування по ГЕО \ каналах. Вимоги: Обов'язковий досвід на керівній позиції від 2-х років.Досвід роботи у сфері Крипто \ Форекс від 1 року (на позиції баєра). Задачі: Формування загальної стратегії performance-закупівлі по каналах: Google / YouTube, Meta, TikTok, нативні мережі (Taboola, Outbrain).Управління бюджетом: квартальне планування, щомісячний cash-flow, перерозподіл бюджетів між каналами, контроль ROMI та маржинальності.Побудова та управління командою (тімліди, баєри, трекери, аналітики): найм, цілі, система бонусів.Постановка та контроль процесу тестування: структури кампаній, гіпотези щодо офферів, креативів, лендингів/воронок, прогрівів, аудиторій.Побудова логіки дашбордів підзвітних проєктів, управління ефективністю кампаній через ці дашборди.Побудова системи моніторингу активностей конкурентів, створення flow швидкої адаптації нових для ринку зв'язок та гіпотез під задачі проєкту та швидкого впровадження їх у роботу.Тестування нових ГЕО, локалізація креативів / воронок, план запуску та масштабування.P&L цільова вартість ліда / депозиту (CPL/CPA), payback, contribution margin, unit-економіка.Глибоке розуміння та робота з моделями: CPL/CPA/CRG/RevShare. Плюсом буде: Досвід роботи в in-house афіліат-мережі / white-label брокері.Досвід взаємодії з контентними відділами, участь у створенні лід-магнітів.
