Job Description

Main Responsibilities
  • Originate, evaluate, structure, negotiate and close new transactions
  • Develop innovative financial structures for complex and straightforward transactions
  • Mentor junior investment staff
  • Oversee mapping exercises with the assistance of investment analysts
  • Prepare investment process documentation for internal review and decision
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in finance with a proven track-record in sourcing, structuring and closing investments
  • Ability to interact directly with senior management of potential clients, financial and technical partners, and government officials
  • Demonstrated knowledge of industries, industry trends and opportunities in Ukraine and understanding of local issues and challenges
