About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide strategic, conceptual, and technical support to URCS in implementing its Home-Based Care & Active Ageing strategy and program. Key responsibilities include improving the quality of HBC social services, developing financial sustainability models, and lobbying with the Ministry of Social Policy.
About YouWe are looking for a highly skilled professional with a university degree in management, health and care, social work, or a relevant discipline. At least 5 years of experience in coordination and management of health and care programs is essential. Analytical and strategic thinking skills, as well as diplomacy and cultural sensitivity, are required.
What We OfferA competitive salary, contribution to social insurances, and other benefits make this an attractive opportunity. The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $60,000 to $80,000, depending on qualifications and location. A 12-month contract with the option of extension offers stability and growth prospects.
