Talent Attraction Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Talent Attraction Manager. This position involves leading the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to promoting our employer brand and coordinating successful hires. You will work independently in a remote environment, collaborating closely with a multicultural team.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: identifying, evaluating, and hiring top talent
• Enhance our employer branding to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Conduct structured interviews and coordinate candidate evaluations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and fulfill talent needs
• Advocate for an inclusive recruitment approach to support workforce diversity

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruiting
• Strong knowledge of employer branding strategies and techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
