We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for conducting interviews in English with candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for the roles. You will collaborate closely with internal hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to understand job requirements and refine candidate profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough interviews with candidates in English to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and fit for the roles.
• Screen candidates based on predefined criteria ensuring a high-quality pool of applicants.
• Work collaboratively with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to clarify job requirements and optimize candidate profiles.
• Deliver timely summaries and essential information post-interviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a related field with excellent interviewing and communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with the outsourcing industry.
