Зараз ми шукаємо Communications Manager до команди Employer Brand. Це не про пости заради постів. Це про створення зв'язку між брендом і людьми, як всередині, так і ззовні.

Ця роль для тебе, якщо:
  • Ти кайфуєш від створення змістовних внутрішніх комунікацій, які читають, обговорюють і чекають.
  • Вмієш запускати гейміфікацію, від якої команда вмикається
  • Хочеш будувати партнерства з університетами, кар'єрними платформами та студентськими спільнотами і робити це "по-зумерськи".
  • Командний гравець, підтримуєш ініціативи й любиш фан.

У резюме це виглядає так:
  • 1+ роки досвіду в комунікаціях, employer brand, маркетингу чи PR.
  • Досвід у створенні кампаній, інфо-приводів, написанні текстів, які хочеться дочитати до кінця.
  • Навички роботи з внутрішніми комунікаціями (дайджести, новини, події, корпоративи).
  • Базові знання про гейміфікацію, залучення команд і формування ком'юніті.
  • Вміння комунікувати з освітніми платформами та кар'єрними сервісами.
  • Уважність до деталей, ініціативність і аналітичне мислення (ефективність = наш must-have).
Що ти робитимеш:
  • Вести внутрішні комунікації: публікації, дайджести, важливі апдейти, підтримка культури.
  • Розробляти та реалізовувати гейміфікаційні ініціативи для залучення команди. 
  • Вести партнерства з університетами та освітніми платформами.
  • Публікувати вакансії у внутрішніх і зовнішніх каналах, слідкувати за їх якістю й вчасністю.
  • Підтримувати комунікаційну частину івентів: від корпоративів до HR-кампаній.
  • Відстежувати ефективність кампаній і оптимізувати підходи.
