About your new job:

The main purpose of this role is delivery of control and analysis over company's profitability by products and channels. The Financial Analyst will be part of a Commercial finance controlling team provided full support in finance area for commercial and marketing functions. He or she will be working closely with functional stakeholders to achieve this goal, needing to understand their issues, constructively challenge their inputs and together deliver a high-quality result. Individually, this position will have responsibility for a wide variety of deliverables related to the reporting, planning and appraisal process.

• Be proficient in MS Office;
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills;
• Be quick in understanding customer needs;
• Be responsible, result-oriented, and agile;
• Knowledge of the SAP system will be a priority.

You can be successful in this role if:

• Collaborates with the Sales team to ensure alignment on plans, performance insights, and financial implications.
• Partners with KA and non-KA teams during customer negotiations to ensure plan alignment and a clear understanding of financial impacts
• Supports promotional planning and analysis, ensuring effective budget tracking and alignment with RGM/RTM objectives.
• Conducts P&L review and analysis by channel and customer, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Reviews customer financial performance and provides detailed customer-level reporting and analysis to support Sales team in evaluating key variances, trends, and profitability drivers
• Analyzes and reconciles multiple data sources to ensure high-quality financial information and consistent reporting, including updates and validation of Customer and Promo P&L Approval Forms
• Contributes to BP/RE/Pre-alignment development and supports Pricing & Rebates team in month-end closing processes

The main office of the company is located in Velyka Dymerka. Corporate buses are provided from metro stations Chernihivska and Lybidska, and also, from the city of Brovary and the settlements of Velyka Dymerka, Bohdanivka, Kalyta.
