Virtual Hospital for Children affected by the war in Ukraine
. The platform focuses on children's mental health and provides Ukrainian healthcare professionals with access to modern treatment methods, clinical protocols, and digital tools for delivering high-quality care remotely.

This initiative aims to bridge the urgent gap in pediatric mental health support through technology-driven solutions and cross-functional collaboration. You will have the opportunity to work
on the project from scratch
, shaping its design system, user experience, and overall visual identity.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the full design process — from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design.
  • Collaborate closely with the project manager and BA to translate requirements into intuitive and effective user interfaces.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining the design system, ensuring consistency across the platform.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to refine and improve user experience.
  • Present and justify design decisions to the team and stakeholders.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated with UI/UX best practices, tools, and trends.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional design experience in the IT industry.
  • A portfolio demonstrating both UX and UI skills, showcasing your design thinking and creativity.
  • Experience with design tools — Figma, Zeplin, Invision, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of design principles, systems, composition, and color theory.
  • Good communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
  • Motivation to learn and grow professionally.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level is a plus.
  • Degree in Design or related field — a strong advantage.
