Join a leading US-based company at the forefront of Audit Automation. Our cutting-edge platform integrates directly with tools like GitHub to automate and enforce policy adherence across branch management, repositories, and pull request workflows. You will be instrumental in building the guardrails that dramatically reduce the risk of unapproved changes for our enterprise clients.

We are seeking an experienced and confident Senior Full Stack Developer to take ownership of our scalable backend and its critical infrastructure. You'll be a core driver in migrating, optimizing, and scaling our systems, leveraging modern tech like , Kafka, and a full AWS/Vercel cloud stack.

If you thrive on owning the infrastructure, diving deep into event-driven architecture, and delivering a rock-solid, secure product, this role is for you.

Responsibilities :

  • Backend Ownership: Manage, enhance, and extend our scalable API built with ).

  • Cloud Infrastructure: Drive improvements and maintain high standards of security, performance, and scalability across our AWS environment (EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, CodePipeline).

  • CI/CD & DevOps: Oversee and optimize CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline with GitHub as the source of truth.

  • Event-Driven Architecture: Implement and manage Change Data Capture (CDC) patterns and integrate/manage Kafka on Confluent Cloud for real-time event streaming and data processing.

  • Database Management: Oversee and optimize our MongoDB database (experience with MongoDB Atlas is a plus).

  • Frontend Deployment: Manage and ensure a seamless delivery for our frontend deployed on Vercel.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with QA, Product Management, and Design to continually ship a high-quality, impactful application.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience with . (Experience with is a major advantage).

  • 4+ years of experience with MongoDB. (Experience with MongoDB Atlas is a plus).

  • 2+ years of experience managing AWS services, specifically AWS EC2 and CodePipeline. (Experience with Elastic Beanstalk is a huge plus).

  • Hands-on, proven experience with Kafka (preferably on Confluent Cloud) and implementing Change Data Capture (CDC) patterns.

  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

  • Strong familiarity with GitHub for version control.

  • A proven track record of writing clean, maintainable, scalable code, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, product-first mindset.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with or general modern front-end development.

  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform).
