• Handle requests and issues from both internal and external customers.
• Investigate user complaints by analyzing application logs and identifying solutions based on existing documentation.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders via ticketing systems and email communication.
• Apply configuration changes to applications.
• Support deployment, verification, and testing processes.

Qualifications

• Have a technical education and mindset, with strong attention to detail.
• Have intermediate or higher proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrate clear and well-structured verbal and written communication skills.
• Are able to analyze application and system logs effectively.
• Have solid troubleshooting and investigation skills.
• Show a basic understanding of network communications and protocols, including HTTP(S), TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and load balancing.

You'll get extra points for...

• Experience with visualization tools such as Kibana and Grafana.
• Familiarity with Linux command line interface.
• Experience in L2 production application support.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes, including Git, Jenkins, Argo CD.
• Programing/scripting on one of programming languages
