Mission

Be the energetic face of our investment team: help source deals, engage clients, and appear in video content that attracts international investors to Ukraine's booming property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal Scouting:
  Explore new developments, build relationships with agents & developers, and feed promising

listings into our CRM.

• Client Engagement:
  Support founders on calls and site visits; explain complex details clearly and confidently in English.
• On-Camera Presence:
  Feature in short-form videos, livestreams, and property walkthroughs that highlight

market opportunities.

• Lead Follow-Up:
  Manage inquiries, schedule viewings, and nurture prospects until a senior closer takes over.
• Market Insights:
  Track price trends, EU accession news, and rental yield data to share with clients and in

content.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

• Fluent, confident English (spoken & written)
• Charisma on camera; professional and well-presented
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
• Drive to succeed and learn quickly

Nice to Have

• 6–18 months in real estate or high-ticket sales
• Experience with Instagram/TikTok or on-camera work
• Basic CRM or Google Sheets knowledge

Prior real estate experience is a plus but not required — raw talent and camera confidence matter most.
