Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer with AWS who is passionate for automation, cloud infrastructure, and secure deployments, for a full-time remote position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client's solutions help companies across industries make their planning, reporting, and business analysis more efficient and transparent by bringing the entire value chain into a coherent, fully integrated loop – next-generation unified performance management defined.

You'll help design and operate scalable, resilient infrastructure using AWS, Terraform, Ansible, and Python, while ensuring world-class reliability and performance. The cloud stack is 100% AWS.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Python.
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS services, infrastructure, and security.
  • Experience managing and automating deployments in AWS.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
  • Some AWS certifications (Associate Level of at least 2 of the below certifications.

Professional level is preferred):

  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner;
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect;
  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer;
  • AWS Certified SysOps Administrator;
  • AWS Certified Developer;
  • Fluency in English communication skills.
  • Be available during Central European Time (CET) business hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor the environment and respond to incidents and support tickets.
  • Automate and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Write scripts and tooling in Python, Terraform, AWS CLI.
  • Support secure, scalable, and cost-optimized AWS environments.
  • Work closely with developers, architects, and security teams.
