Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Product Designer specializing in Mobile Apps. The Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end product design processes, including visual design, UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct user research and testing, build user-centered designs, and ensure the alignment of product vision with user needs and business objectives. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, innovation, and the integration of gamification and AI advancements to enhance mobile user experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Visual Design and Design Thinking to create engaging and strategic user interfaces.
  • Proficiency in Product Design, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Experience with UX Research and User Research, utilizing insights to design user-centered solutions.
  • Deep understanding of mobile app UX/UI principles, including user flows, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product managers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful design work in mobile apps.
  • Familiarity with gamification and AI integration to enhance user engagement is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
