About Us

We're a group of fast-growing marketing and technology companies operating globally across the UK, UAE, and US — including Social Nucleus, one of the leading eCommerce advertising agencies managing over £30M in annual ad spend.

Over the past year, we've been building a suite of internal SaaS tools that power our group operations — including creative automation platforms, marketing intelligence dashboards, and AI-assisted campaign tools. These products are now live, actively used, and expanding rapidly.

We're now looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to take ownership of these platforms — managing our GitHub repos, improving existing codebases, and driving the next generation of internal SaaS products for our group.

This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team, building tools that hundreds of advertisers, strategists, and clients will use every day.

What You'll Do

• Take full ownership of our GitHub-based SaaS platforms — maintain, refactor, and improve performance.
• Design and build new tools and dashboards that streamline workflows across our advertising and SaaS operations.
• Implement and maintain frontend interfaces using React and , with a focus on speed, clarity, and great UX.
• Develop and manage back-end systems , API integrations, authentication, and data structures).
• Integrate with major marketing and data APIs — Meta, Google Ads, Klaviyo, OpenAI, and other ecosystem tools.
• Manage deployment pipelines (Vercel/AWS) and ensure smooth, scalable, secure releases.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to define product roadmaps and technical requirements.
• Ensure that every system you build is reliable, documented, and production-ready.

What We're Looking For

Core Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full stack web development.
• Proven experience with React and on the frontend.
• Strong backend knowledge — , Express, and REST API design.
• Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, Firebase, or Supabase).
• Experience with GitHub, branching workflows, and code review best practices.
• Familiarity with deployment pipelines (Vercel, AWS, Render, or similar).
• Ability to work independently — you'll own the codebase and deliver full projects end-to-end.
• Comfortable communicating in English (written and verbal).

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating with AI APIs (OpenAI, Replit Agents, LangChain, etc.).
• Familiarity with marketing or analytics APIs (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, etc.).
• Basic UX/UI design sensibility.
• Previous experience in a startup, SaaS, or agency environment.
