Payments & Crypto Business Developer Lead (Ukraine)

FinchTrade is seeking a strategic, well-connected business development professional with a deep understanding of how Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs), and crypto liquidity providers operate.

This role is not for generalist salespeople — we want someone with first-hand experience in the digital payments and crypto infrastructure world who understands operational workflows, knows the industry's pain points, and can build long-lasting commercial partnerships.

You'll join a compact, efficient team of developers, traders, and operations managers — where your work has a direct, visible impact.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, shape, and execute new commercial opportunities in the crypto and payments space
  • Improve our sales process and drive client acquisition from financial institutions and crypto-native businesses
  • Represent FinchTrade at industry events, conferences, and within your network
  • Build strategic partnerships with PSPs, EMIs, legal advisors, software vendors, and other ecosystem players
  • Collaborate with our AML unit to ensure compliance

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience at a PSP, EMI, or crypto liquidity provider
  • Solid understanding of operational, compliance, and commercial processes in these businesses
  • Strong and relevant network in the crypto, payments, or digital asset industries in Europe
  • Hands-on sales or client-facing experience (strong plus)
  • Strategic mindset: ability to identify value-adding opportunities and structure viable deals
  • Self-starter approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership
