IF YOU ARE
  • Bringing 4+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET (Core/Framework)
  • Experienced with AWS services (RDS, SQS, etc.)
  • Possessing strong product intuition and attention to detail
  • A professional able to translate requirements into clean, functional systems
  • An effective communicator and collaborator across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Enthusiastic about performance and shipping features that make a real impact for users
  • Familiar with ElasticSearch (as an advantage)
  • Knowledgeable in Java and its ecosystem (a plus)
AND YOU WANT TO
  • Design and implement dealer-centric features and tools that enable global dealers to acquire vehicles essential for their success
  • Develop and deploy clean, well-tested, and efficient code, ensuring adherence to high standards of architecture, quality, and performance
  • Own and maintain a product line used by dealers nationwide, focusing on reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement
  • Enhance and support core systems while ensuring stability and meeting internal stakeholder requirements
  • Run quick, innovative experiments to validate new ideas and improve functionality
  • Optimize performance and scalability for high-traffic systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams – Product, UX, Analytics, and Data Science – to translate requirements into technical solutions and incorporate direct feedback from stakeholders
  • Participate in architectural discussions, define best practices, and contribute to system evolution
  • Engage in the full development lifecycle: design, coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
