We've created the only unbiased loan and insurance buying process out there, which makes finding options straightforward and clear.Backend monitoring and support for carrier integrations that auto fill customer apps on portal, trigger quote generation and scrape the results to bring in-house for customer dashboardSupport post-deployment fallouts on projects worked on and released to production;Determine operational feasibility by evaluating, analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions;Cross-team collaboration in driving the end to end delivery of Insurance quotesParticipating in the code reviews and design discussions with other engineers;Have a strong sense of end to end ownership;Adhere to key principles: Code and design for best performance, scalability and resiliency;Participate in Agile planning and standup meetings;Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software;Be a self-starter, capable of solving ambiguous and challenging technical problems with wide scope;Deliver trustworthy solutions for engineers allowing them to focus on experimentation, evolution, and delivery of high-quality features;Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions;Backend development including design, documentation, implementation, and testing;Work alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices.2-3 years of software development experience (from customer requirements -> functional spec -> design -> development/testing -> deployment and monitoring)Python (Required)JavascriptHTTPX, asyncioInspecting browser network traffic, replaying payloadsUnderstanding of GraphQL and REST APIsAuthentication handling, persist tokens, and session management2+ years of experience building scalable, maintainable, production-quality services at cloud-scale with AWS platformSolid understanding of software design and developmentExperience with third-party libraries and APIsExperience building AI/ML solutions to real problemsAbility to solve problems that span multiple interconnected systems / microservicesExcellent design and problem solving skillsNice to have:RubyPlaywright (Web Automation)Use tools and methodologies to create representations of workflows, user interfaces, data schemas, etcSoft skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to adapt and learn new technologies quickly and independentlyLocation:Kyiv, UkraineSeniority:MiddleTechnologies:Python, RubyBenefits:Paid VacationHolidays Day OffSick DaysBereavement LeaveSport/Insurance CompensationEnglish ClassesCharityTraining CompensationRemote Work
