Зараз ми у пошуках Lead Travel Manager для нашого клієнта — одного з найбільших розробників та виробників БпЛА для потреб оборони України.

Команда фокусується на постійному вдосконаленню характеристик бортів, використанні нових підходів та технологій. Власні виробничі потужності дозволяють швидко впроваджувати зміни та ідеї.

Майбутні обов'язки:

  • Побудова та оптимізація процесів:
    Розробка та вдосконалення внутрішніх процесів для організації відряджень, включаючи Travel-політики.
    Стандартизація процедур бронювання, замовлення готелів, квитків і трансферів.
    Моніторинг ключових показників ефективності (KPIs) відділу.
  • Лідерство та управління командою:
    Керівництво командою, делегування завдань та контроль за виконанням ключових процесів.
    Розвиток команди та створення сприятливого середовища для професійного росту.
  • Фінансовий контроль та планування:
    Контроль бюджету відряджень, формування кошторисів та моніторинг витрат.
    Підготовка звітності для керівництва щодо витрат та прогнозування бюджету.
  • Взаємодія з постачальниками та підрядниками:
    Переговори та укладання угод з постачальниками послуг, контроль виконання умов контрактів.
    Забезпечення високоякісного обслуговування та конкурентоспроможних цін.
  • Документація та звітність:
    Оформлення та перевірка всіх документів для відряджень (візи, квитки, запрошення).
    Підготовка звітів для керівництва та контроль за дотриманням політик компанії.
  • Контроль за виконанням внутрішніх політик та стандартів:
    Забезпечення дотримання стандартів організації відряджень та аудиту процесів.

Необхідні навички та досвід:

  • Досвід роботи з організації ділових поїздок або турів від 2 років.
  • Англійська мова — Upper Intermediate, буде плюсом.
  • Організаторські навички, комунікабельність, гнучкість.
