Job Description

TietoEvry Create, запрошує проактивного спеціаліста приєднатися до команди нашого замовника, провідного оператора зв'язку, на позицію Інженер ІТ-підтримки (L2) в офісі у Києві.

Задачі:

  • Забезпечення працездатності комп'ютерів та периферійного обладнання (ПК, принтер тощо)
  • Консультування співробітників щодо використання програмного забезпечення та периферійних пристроїв
  • Облік програмного забезпечення та апаратного забезпечення
  • Адміністрування робочих станцій клієнтів (управління обліковими записами, контроль на рівні інформаційної безпеки, розгортання нових версій клієнтського програмного забезпечення)
  • Надання користувачам комп'ютерного та периферійного обладнання (отримання та встановлення обладнання на робочому місці)
  • Оцінка можливості безпосередньої участі у підключенні клієнтів до мережі корпоративної телефонії (АТС)

Кваліфікація:

  • 2 роки досвіду в IT, а саме у підтримці користувачів ПК (в офісі та віддалено)
  • Знання операційних систем Windows 10/11 на рівні адміністрування
  • Знання апаратного забезпечення персональних комп'ютерів та периферійного обладнання
  • Знання принципів побудови та адміністрування локальних мереж
  • Знання принципів побудови та адміністрування корпоративної телефонії Nortel (АТС)

Буде перевагою:

  • Знання клієнтських додатків Lotus Notes, Novell, ZenWorks, системи SAR R/3, BSCS, SSFE, MS Office та Oracle
  • Знання хмарних сервісів Microsoft 365/Azure, включаючи Microsoft Teams
  • Технічна освіта, бажано в IT
