DAO Operations

TulipGlobal Portugal, an NGO with over 2.5 years of training experience in Project Management, Fundraising, and Renewable Energy, is launching TulipDAO – a blockchain-based initiative bringing full transparency to NGO training and funding.

We are seeking a DAO Operations & Partnerships Lead based in Ukraine (remote) to manage the daily operations, partnerships, and transparent governance of TulipDAO.

You will oversee DAO deployment (Aragon, Gnosis Safe, Polygon), manage treasury reporting, coordinate EU and NGO partners, and represent TulipDAO in European Web3 and impact communities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee DAO setup, governance, and treasury execution.
• Manage donor inflows and on-chain reporting dashboards.
• Coordinate partnerships with NGOs, CSR programs, and EU stakeholders.
• Draft DAO policies, transparency reports, and impact updates.
• Work remotely with TulipGlobal Portugal and regional training teams.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in project or operations management (NGO, social impact, or blockchain).
• Experience with DAOs or interest in Web3 tools (Aragon, Gnosis Safe, Snapshot).
• Excellent English communication; self-managed and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of EU NGO or CSR frameworks is an asset.
