We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented HR Business Partner to support our manufacturing operations in LVIV. This role will focus on partnering with leaders, managing main HR processes, and driving people-related initiatives across the plant.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a partner to production leaders, supporting organizational effectiveness and MOS.
  • Support line managers in performance management, team development, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Expertise (C&B, Talent, L&D) to implement HR programs on-site.
  • Suopport talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and internal HR policies.
  • Analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement) and provide actionable insights.
  • Support communication and culture-building activities across the site.

Qualifications

  • 3 year of experience in HR
  • Intermediate level of English (required)
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Result-oriented, multitasking, flexible, and ready to take responsibility for own processes
