Sales Manager
, який любить спілкуватися з клієнтами, розуміє цінність сервісу та прагне розвиватися у сфері продажів.


Ваші основні задачі:

  • Робота з «теплими» лідами із сайту, соцмереж і телефонних звернень
  • Консультації, підбір рішень і супровід клієнтів по воронці
  • Продаж, допродаж і утримання клієнтів через якісний сервіс
  • Ведення CRM (KeyCRM) і чітке оформлення замовлень
  • Взаємодія з колегами, участь у вдосконаленні процесів


Вимоги:

  • 1–2+ роки досвіду у продажах (B2C або B2B)
  • Вільна українська, грамотна письмова комунікація
  • Проактивність, дисципліна, фокус на результат
  • Уважність до деталей і вміння працювати зі скриптами
  • Базові знання Excel / CRM (готовність швидко навчатися)
