Що ти будеш робити
  • Аналізувати тренди, конкурентів та нові формати.
  • Створювати та реалізувати креативну стратегію для paid acquisition.
  • Лідити команду motion‑дизайнерів: найм, менторство, рев'ю, пріоритезація.
  • Плечем‑до‑плеча працювати з User Acquisition та Product командами — від ідеї до запуску.
  • Перетворювати метрики на інсайти та швидко ітератувати креативи.

  • Підприємницький mindset і hands‑on підхід: не чекаєш, поставленої задачі, а береш і робиш.
  • 2+ роки досвіду Creative Marketing Manager / Creative Producer в Performance Marketing.
  • Портфоліо креативів, які довели свою ефективність цифрами.
  • Тобі ок кайф від експериментів, A/B, quick‑and‑dirty MVPs — ти легко вбиваєш нереальні гіпотези.
  • Ти говориш мовою маркетингових метрик, ROAS, CAC, ARPU.
  • Ти фанант(ка) AI та automation.
  • Баланс творця й аналітика: strong у концептах і strong у performance.
Ми точно не спрацюємось, якщо
  • Ти прагнеш сталого процесу з чітким waterfall‑планом і 10 рев'ю.
  • Вважаєш, що креатив — це «річ в собі», що живе окремо від цифр та юніт‑економіки.
