As a Personal Assistant (PA), you will support the owner of Team4Code in setting up a new business. This business connects software agencies from different parts of the world with clients in Europe and the USA.

The owner of Team4Code has a strong track record in general management, sales, operations, and IT at renowned Dutch companies such as airline KLM, telecom provider KPN, and the Swedish/Finnish multinational Assa Abloy. He has been involved in several startups and has managed digital agencies and software companies.

You are ambitious, entrepreneurial, and well-presented. You want to develop yourself and grow by learning new skills through study and by immediately applying what you learn in practice. You are committed, service-oriented, and focused on meaningful relationships and results. The culture within Team4Code is "work hard, play hard." Your effort and performance will be well rewarded.

Your Responsibilities

  • Calendar management / Schedule meetings
  • Administrative tasks
  • Maintaining the company website
  • HR and recruitment activities
  • Initiate and maintain contact with potential partners, clients, and candidates
  • Business trips to partners and clients

Your Profile

  • Master's degree or equivalent professional education
  • Good command of the English language
  • Several years of work experience
  • Service-oriented attitude
  • Experience in one of the following areas is a plus: sales, HR, hospitality, or IT
  • Well-presented and committed
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Able to quickly learn and use new software applications
  • Given the market focus, we prefer candidates from Central or Eastern Europe or Southeast Asia

Salary

€2,000 per month — 60% fixed, 40% performance-based bonus. The bonus is uncapped, so outperformance will lead to extra bonus.
